Stellar Care was fortunate to meet and host a luncheon for a Study Tour of Social Workers from Japan. Members included many people in a welfare career touring facilities throughout the United States and Canada that provide care and assistance for seniors. The tour included many individuals from the social welfare promotion center of Japan.
