Meet the Stellar Care Management

Linda Cho

Executive Director

Linda has had nearly 20 years of experience in the assisted living industry. Before Stellar Care, Linda worked for a premier assisted living company in a number of different areas including community relations, marketing, and both international and local site development.

Annelie Damasco

Assisted Living Director

Annelie has a very personal connection with our residents’ conditions. Eight years ago Annelie’s father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and she moved him into her home to help care for him. She also took care of her father-in-law for the last years of his life.

Rachel Robinson

Activities Director

Born and raised in San Diego, Rachel Robinson has been working with older adults for almost 10 years. Rachel’s introduction to the aging industry came by chance. Hired to be an administrative assistant at an assisted living community, she fell in love with her work, eventually becoming an Activities Coordinator.

Barbara Moore

Business Director

Prior to Stellar Care, Barbara was the Assistant Property Manager for Shorenstein Realty Services in Oakland, where she was responsible for over 1,000,000 square feet of real estate. She now has narrowed her focus, and is in charge of all aspects of billing and Human Resources, and helps run all employee events.

Chris Cho

Maintenance Director

Chris is a jack of all trades for building beautification. After selling his dental laboratory business, he joined Linda and helped her with domestic and international site development for the assisted living company.

Chris Moore

Culinary Services Director

The former General Manager of a branch of Max’s Restaurant Group, Chris Moore is Stellar Care’s Director of Culinary and Laundry Services, and has been working with older adults for nearly a decade. Strong ties to family values are what brought Chris into the senior care industry — helping him to excel in serving our residents.

Our experienced staff provides a structured environment where residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias can thrive with set routines.

Club Stellar

Residents who are early on in the progression of their dementia or Alzheimer’s disease may be eligible for our Club Stellar program and special rate.

Dining

Our staff prepares nutritious meals three times a day, featuring in-season fruits and vegetables, homemade soups, and diabetic options.

Activities

The Stellar Care activities staff curates tailored activities, field trips, and programs for all residents at various levels in the progression of their dementia.
